Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views from the restaurant balcony, but the room, despite being described as nice, had an unpleasant smell coming from the shower. The service was impeccable, with super friendly and accommodating staff, but the dining experience left something to be desired with repetitive and subpar food choices.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms, especially the large one I stayed in, were impressive, clean, and had a gorgeous queen bed. However, accessing the rooms involved navigating through dark stairs in the basement, which was a bit inconvenient.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and we didn't mind the view of the road. The amenities provided were standard, but considering it's a Marriott hotel, it might not offer the best value for money. However, having essentials like a hairdryer, robes, and slippers was a nice touch.
The hotel offers stunning mountain views, but unfortunately, the rooms had a horrible smell coming from the shower. The service was fantastically attentive and professional. The location is in a remote area, which can be good or bad depending on preferences. The dining experience was fairly good but not exceptional.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, despite the slightly dated rooms with a view of the road. The amenities were all there, including hair dryer, two robes, and slippers. The hotel features flat-screen TVs, minibars, iPhone docks, and tea and coffeemakers.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, especially with a mountain view, were amazing and spacious, but cleanliness was an issue upon arrival. The service was truly exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to assist. The location offered peacefulness away from the tourist crowds of Petra but some issues with temperature settings. The dining experience had a nice variety of Middle Eastern and Western dishes but was repetitive over multiple days.
